Pocket just released an update to its Mac client:

With the help of Handoff, you can now start reading on one device and pick up on another! Handoff requires iOS 8 and Mac OS X Yosemite, and bluetooth (sic) must be enabled.

I can’t wait for other apps to take advantage of Handoff. The Continuous Client is now becoming a reality.
